In this recipe, I’ve chosen a base of creamy hummus and peppery arugula, topped with a delightful mix of ingredients that not only make this dish incredibly versatile and tasty but also pack it with nutritious elements like healthy fats, fiber, and the benefits of leafy greens.
Ingredients:
Your favorite hummus
Fresh arugula (or your preferred greens)
Olives, sliced or whole
Extra virgin olive oil (I use @getgraza )
Freshly cracked pepper
Feta cheese, crumbled
Marinated bell peppers
Artichoke hearts
Lemon zest (optional)
Instructions:
